Experienced C-level executive with more than 25 years of experience founding, building and scaling venture-backed companies across multiple industries. Has held CEO, COO and CFO positions in parallel and in succession — always with full operational and financial responsibility. His career spans new ventures, Series A through B financing rounds, operational turnarounds and international expansion across five markets. A rare combination of strategic foresight and execution depth: from financial modelling and capital structuring to team building, process design and day-to-day operations. With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he combines institutional rigour with the drive of an entrepreneur.

Nils Marggraf is an architect and founder of Marggraf Architektur, a practice specialising in temporary living, hotel and care real estate, with offices in Esslingen, Leipzig, Bratislava and Düsseldorf. As co-founder from day one and shareholder of Operandis, he brings his long-standing expertise in planning and realising complex real estate projects. Nils Marggraf is a graduate architect (Dipl. Architekt) and second-generation general planner. Nils employs more than 40 staff across three offices (Esslingen am Neckar, Leipzig and Bratislava). Nils looks back on more than 30 completed construction projects with a total volume of over EUR 260.6 million. The expertise in planning and project development and the experience of structuring, organising and delivering large-scale projects form the backbone of Operandis.
